DELIVERY

All orders are sent out with Royal Mail Standard Delivery and may require a signature at the receiving end.

 

Standard Delivery (UK) - £5.00

Standard Delivery within 2-3 working days within Scotland, England or Wales, between 7.30am and 6pm.

 

Next Day & Express Delivery

 

Next day delivery service is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service and is guaranteed next day before 1pm providing your order was made prior to 3pm the previous day and will require a signature on the receiving end.

 

Next Day Delivery (UK) - £10.00

Express Next working day delivery within England, Wales or Scotland before 1.00pm.

Order must be completed by 3pm for delivery the next working day.

Any next day orders completed by 3pm Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Any next day orders completed after 3pm on Friday or on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.

RETURNS

 

We can only accept items returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition with tags still attached. Please be very careful when trying products on and ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange a refund for any item returned to us which is not deemed fit for re-sale. Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.  We ensure before posting out any garments that they are in perfect condition when leaving the shop.  Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect. 

 

Please note that we do offer the choice of a refund or an exchange/credit note if you are able to pop into our shop - Stons Boutique, Stirling, with your item/s along with the packing list which would be enclosed with your item.
