CLICK AND COLLECT

We offer a CLICK AND COLLECT service, where you can purchase your item/s online,

and once in the basket, you can choose 'Collect' rather than have your item/s posted out.

At your convenience, you can then come into our shop to collect your order.

DELIVERIES

All online orders are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 24 at £4.50.

Please allow 1 to 2 working days to receive.

A Royal Mail tracking reference will be emailed to you once your order is posted.

We can offer Next Day Special Guaranteed delivery.

Please get in touch with us directly if you require. Next Day Special guaranteed delivery (£10.00).

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

When you receive your order and for any reason you would like to return, please contact us first by phone: 07874 362590 or by email: stons@hotmail.co.uk so we generate a returns reference.

We are happy to can accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.

Items must be returned to us unworn with tags still attached.

Please be very careful when trying products on and ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange a refund for any item returned to us which is not deemed fit for re-sale.

We ensure before posting out any garments that they are in perfect condition when leaving the shop.

Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect.

Please note that we do offer the choice of a refund or an exchange/credit note if you are able to pop into our shop - Stons, Stirling, with your item/s along with the packing list which would be enclosed with your order.

Currently, we only ship in the UK.
